		<description>If people don&#039;t follow the rules to the letter, then they will have to think. Thinking is not that easy for many people. Remember the saying: don&#039;t bother me with the facts! This is what comes out at me in your discussion, Todd. I wish we all could be a little smarter, a little braver and more ready to take risks -- the main risk = the one of being wrong! of getting called to task, of having to change our minds.
