You will come in and take that big load off of her plate and start executing on, well, anything she tosses at you. To land this role, we need someone who really understands the entire digital ecosystem. You not only “get” where brands and customers intersect today, but you also have a gut instinct about where things are going. We also need someone in this role who knows analytics inside and out. Why? In this role, you will deliver actionable insights from the weekly analytics dashboard to the leadership team — literally setting the agenda for where the company should be headed.
Among a growing list of other things that will be added to your plate…in the next 3 months you’ll be asked to manage and optimize the holiday email marketing program, you’ll curate and merchandise new content, new products and especially gifts on the company’s proprietary platform, and you’ll also manage and optimize the SEM campaign with their agency. At the same time you’ll work closely with the product, creative and social teams — ensuring that the marketing mission is effectively integrated.
